What exactly is billed “at actual cost”?
Your Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising budget goes straight to the ad platforms at the amount you agree to spend — we don't mark it up. The £500 monthly retainer covers our management and creative work, not the media spend itself.
Do I own the website and domain?
Yes. If you already have a domain, you keep it. If we help you register one, it's registered in your own ownership from day one.
Who provides the content for the monthly posts?
You supply the content (updates, offers, insights, announcements) and we handle the design and publishing across your four channels.
Is there a minimum contract length?
